At Bangkok School of Management, we pride ourselves in having some of the finest and most renowned industry specialists as our adjunct lecturers. These individuals are not typical university professors who teach from the textbook and bore students with theoretical lectures. Rather, they bring rich real-world, industry-relevant experiences and expertise into classroom, making the learning of our students truly meaningful, engaging and authentic.

Dr. Edward Roy Krishnan
Managing Director, Head of BSM Training Division

Dr. Edward Roy Krishnan holds doctorate degrees in Applied Psychology and Education, as well as Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction specialization. He has written multiple books and hundreds of articles pertaining to the application of psychology to improve teaching/learning processes, and has delivered training around the globe in countries like Thailand, USA, Cambodia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Namibia, South Africa, Mauritius, and many others, for the past 13 years. He has also been a highly esteemed lecturer at various universities internationally, some of which include: University of Winnipeg (Canada), State University of New York (USA), University of Business and International Studies (Switzerland), Myanmar Metropolitan College (Myanmar), Assumption University (Thailand), Webster University (Thailand), Asia Pacific International University (Thailand), St. Theresa INTI College (Thailand) and the Institute of Psychotherapy and Management Sciences (India). Dr. Roy is the Managing Director of Bangkok School of Management.

Ms. Tarntip (June) Kongteveth
Director, Head of BSM Tutor Division

Ms. Tarntip has an educational background in MS in Counseling Psychology, BA in Business English & Marketing from Assumption University (ABAC). She is currently overseeing BSM Tutor Division, Front Office Management, and General Affairs at Bangkok School of Management as well as being the  liaison between the Thailand MOE inspectors and/or officers and BSM, and provide student service assistance for the student visa department.

Ms. Tina Yang
Head of Admissions & Counseling

With more than 8 years of working experience in corporate industry, Tina joined Bangkok School of Management in 2014 and since then she has devoted her time counseling students with their academic, career opportunities and personal developmental achievements with full determination due to her previous career experiences with hospitality, event organizing, sports management, etc. Tina holds strong passion towards sharing her international, diverse knowledge and skills with the students.

Ms. Neda Aria
Head of Academic Administration

Neda Aria is a lecturer and researcher in the field of educational psychology, gender studies, women rights and postmodern studies. Her individual publications are Robotic coalition of humanity: Postmodernist vs. essentialist educational theories and educational conversion necessity (Case study: Thailand), Identity Crisis in Postmodern Era in The Middle East, Woman as a taboo: A fearless approach to violation of women’s sexual rights in Iran, Identity and its dangerous barriers: You defined me therefore I am. She currently is a Phd Candidate in the field of Behavioral Studies, holds an MA in political science and journalism from Science and Research Azad University of Tehran (SRBIAU) as well as BA in political science from Azad University of Tehran and a B.Ed. in General Education from St. Roberts College.

Dr. Alexander Paufler
Professor

Prof. Dr. Alexander Paufler started his career in 1979 and has experience in public accounting and international taxation and working in general management, marketing, services, and other functions of sales and manufacturing companies. He has had senior management roles such as CEO and CFO and has worked in Germany, UK, USA, Japan, and Greece. His most recent corporate position was CEO & President of Mercedes-Benz Thailand. He is passionate about bridging the gap between East and West through increased understanding of regional and international differences and similarities in various aspects including politics, culture, education and economy.

Dr. Hermann Gruenwald
Professor

Dr. Hermann Gruenwald holds an Engineering degree (Dipl. Ing. (FH), from Germany, a Master of Architecture from the University of Houston (UofH), a Master in Education from the University of Oklahoma (OU), a MBA from Southern Methodist Univeristy (SMU), as well as a Ph.D. from OU. Dr.Gruenwald held faculty and administrative positions at US and Asian Universities and has been guest lecturing and conducting corporate and executive trainings around the world. He pursues an active research agenda which has resulted in millions of funded research and peer reviewed conference and journal papers. Prior to joining academia, he had a successful corporate career working for various industries holding roles up to Senior Vice President levels.

Sanjib Neil Chakraborty
Lecturer

Sanjib Neil Chakraborty has been an entrepreneur and strategy consultant in Asia since 2003. His experience has been extensive over the years and as an entrepreneur and strategy consultant his area of expertise has always ranged from hardcore marketing to entrepreneurship keeping the focus on education industry including the service segment. As an entrepreneur CEO, Sanjib has founded two companies and currently he is managing several profit centers in Asia Pacific region. Sanjib has double Masters Degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Education (M.Ed) and is currently in his final phase of his PhD in Management Studies from the University of Hertfordshire. UK.

Ms. Thitival Hutasingh
Lecturer

Ms. Thitival Hutasingh is an owner of an imported business that started in Bangkok since 1989. She also has been teaching in a large international university in Thailand for the last 8 years, specialized in strategy formulation and operation management courses. She has over 10 years experience in general management, accounting and corperate finance, and hold a graduate degree from Thunderbird, School of global management, raked #1 for top MBA Program by Specialty: International Business from Bloomberg Businessweek and U.S. News & World Report.

Ms. Bhavna Khemlani
Lecturer

Ms. Bhavna Khemlani is the Lecturer of various subjects at Bangkok School of Management in Partnership with Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK and Friendship Language Academy – Affiliated with Bangkok University.
She is a freelance Dissertation Consultant and the Author of Anthologies (short stories from Monsoon Midnights with Bangkok Women Writers Group: Levitating Inside the Elephant, The Mystifying Evening & Whispers of the Mannequins – Amazon Best Sellers List for Travel/Literary).
Her work has been published in various sources. She is a passionate author of short stories, poems, articles, flash fiction and her published Fiction novels are ‘The Classroom: Ashley and Her Mystical Tale, The Wisher’s Well and Maples: Rejuvenating Cocktail.’ She is on the Advisory Board of Whatabook (Media/News/Publishing, India) and the member of the Bangkok Women’s Writing Group and the Asia Pacific Writers and Translators Association. She has conducted a workshop for upper primary-high school children in Creative Writing for an NGO in India. Her novel ‘The Classroom: Ashley and her Mystical Tale’ was launched at the AFCC (Asian Festival of Children’s Content, Singapore June 2014 & Asia Pacific Writers and Translators Conference at the Arts House, Singapore July 2014). She believes in the insight of the creative mind and following one’s heart in developing everlasting joy uplifting one’s spirit to the road of positivism. Mr. Robert Park
Lecturer, Corporate Trainer

Mr. Robert Park studied a Diploma in Business and Finance before graduating from the University of Plymouth with a Bachelor of Science Degree, UK. He is currently graduated in MBA from IPE Paris. He has many years of experience teaching students from a variety of backgrounds and at different levels. He believes that education is the key to success in today’s competitive world and enjoys the challenges of preparing students for their chosen future careers. Robert teaches English, specializes in GED, SAT, IELTs and GMAT test preparation and lectures for the University Degree Program as well as delivering Corporate Management Training at The Bangkok School of Management.

Dr. Isha Daramy
Lecturer, Corporate Trainer

Isha Daramy holds a PhD of Educational Management as well as a Master of Science in Professional Writing and Bachelor of Science, (LLB/JD), along with Master of laws (LLM), and another LLM in Intercultural Human Rights. Currently, as an attorney, she has worked in many fields dealing with corporate and civil matters. She has dealt with contracts, patents/intellectual property rights, mergers and acquisitions, SEC filings, copyright registration and much more for clients. With years of experience filing taxes for LLC companies in the USA and understanding the compliance and regulatory laws that govern corporations, Dr. Isha understands various international tax structures to help corporations in setting up offices, and filings. She has helped setting up FBL and Representative Offices for various companies looking to do business in Thailand, and helped with applying for BOI promotions. She has also written various articles regarding doing business in Thailand.

Joel Farnworth
Lecturer, Corporate Trainer

Joel is the Managing Partner of Kasemsri Farnworth & Associates, a consulting firm based in Bangkok, Thailand offering a wide range of programmes and services to clients including Strategy, Leadership and Human Resource Management. Current clients are a mix of corporate, governments and educational institutions with a primary focus on raising HR’s capability to service growing business demands in the “developing world”. He spent 20+ years in financial services with HSBC, mainly in the ASP and MENA regions – 30 countries and 40+ nationalities – holding both specialist Management Development and generalist HR roles including Head of HR for Thailand, India and MENA. His last role with them was as Global Head of Talent, Learning and Organization Development, based in London. He holds an MA in Management Learning from CSML Lancaster, UK and is a Fellow of CIPD with Fellowship status pending. He has also attended development events at such leading institutions as Roffey Park, UK and Michigan Business School, US. Joel’s lengthy commercial career strongly influences his practical, hands on approach which emphasizes translating what we know into key impactive capabilities that aid and drive sustained competitive advantage and success.
